In the afternoon of January 11th, the opening ceremony of the Third Session of the Ninth Faculty and Trade Union Congress was held in the auditorium of Taibai Campus, and 14 representatives of our school were present. In the morning of the next day, our delegation discussed on President Fang Huanghua's work report, medium and long term development plan of Northwest University and some important issues about our school. Standing Member of Party Committee of the university and Vice-President Ren Zongzhe attended the discussing forum of our delegation, and gave his opinions on public foreign language teaching, discipline construction, construction of teaching faculty and scientific researching.
