According to the overall plan, "improve the work style, strengthen the school management" was carried on in the stage of checking and solving problems in the School of Foreign Languages. By holding the forum within party members including teachers, administrative assistants, and students, the department has carefully checked all kinds of problems teachers and students found and made the correction. We have made progress in solving the problems of language laboratories appeared in the north campus and the shortage of work housing among staff. For the shortage of teachers in the school, two measures have been taken: one is to consult with related departments on the concerning policies; the other one is to strengthen propaganda and attract talents from outside. In order to solve the management problems, we not only enhance the ideological education of administrative assistants, but also make strict attendance system and combine the daily performance and the year-end assessment closely from the system perspective.
